Operator and covered brands
This shared Shopify checkout is operated by Everything Iconic, LLC, a California limited liability company, at 21143 Hawthorne Blvd #135, Torrance, CA 90503, United States, for purchases originating from Iconic Paw, Iconic Portraits, Iconic Kids, and Iconic Sports. The checkout domain is https://checkout.iconicportraits.co and may display Iconic Paw. These disclosures cover shared checkout and portrait and order processing. Brand-specific notices explain features on the originating brand.
Information we collect
You may provide your name, email address, phone number, account details, uploaded photos, creative instructions, subject details, saved artwork, preview selections, order information, and support messages. Photos can include people, children, pets, and identifying background details. Provide only information needed for the portrait or request. We also receive device and browser details, IP addresses, pages and interactions, referring links, cookie identifiers, and information needed for sessions, attribution, fraud prevention, and security.
Photos, previews, and artwork
We use submitted photos and instructions to create and review previews and finished artwork, save work you choose to keep, fulfill purchases, and provide support. AI-assisted generation or review may involve sending photos, instructions, and artwork to the providers performing those services. Authorized staff and providers may access relevant material when needed to deliver, support, or protect the service. Privacy handling begins when you upload or create a preview, including before purchase. Upload only material you have authority to provide.
Checkout and payment
Shopify and payment providers handle payment credentials. We receive order, payment-status, billing, shipping, and fulfillment information needed to administer purchases. Full payment card details are not entered into portrait account forms. Shopify and independent payment services also explain their processing in their own privacy notices.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and saved work; create and review portraits; process orders and deliver products or included digital files; answer support requests; send necessary service messages; maintain business records; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain security; and meet legal obligations. We also use permitted website measurement and marketing information as described below. For individuals covered by UK or EEA data protection law, the applicable basis depends on processing: performance of a contract or requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests such as security and service administration where those interests do not override your rights, legal obligations, or consent where required.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Cookies and similar browser technologies support sign-in, carts, saved work, security, referral attribution, analytics, and advertising measurement. People sharing a browser may be able to access work saved in it; sign out and manage site storage on shared devices. Brand integrations include Google Analytics; Meta and Pinterest on brands where those integrations are used; and Microsoft Clarity on brands where it is used. These providers may receive device identifiers, page visits, interactions, and attribution information for measurement or advertising. Clarity can include session replay. Advertising disclosures may be treated as sale or sharing under some privacy laws even without monetary payment.
Tracking choices
Tracking configuration and available controls differ by brand. Iconic Sports provides Privacy Choices in its footer; other brand notices describe their tools and choices. Review the policy on the brand where you browse or create a portrait. Browser cookie controls and provider advertising preferences do not necessarily stop every server-side disclosure. Contact us to exercise applicable advertising, sale, or sharing opt-out rights. Accepting checkout terms does not itself consent to optional tracking.
Email and SMS
Marketing messages are separate from necessary account and order messages. Email or SMS marketing, where offered, is subject to consent or other permission required for the channel and location. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing email. For marketing texts, use the opt-out instructions in the message or contact us. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Withdrawing it does not stop necessary account or order communications. Providing a phone number for order contact does not itself authorize SMS marketing.
Sharing and public content
We share relevant information with providers helping host and secure sites, store files, generate or review artwork, process checkout and payment, send messages, provide support, print products, and arrange delivery. Analytics and advertising disclosures are described above. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities where legally required, parties in a legitimate business transaction, or others at your direction. A private upload does not itself authorize public advertising use; separate permission is required. Content you specifically submit for publication, such as a review or public profile, may be visible to others. Review submission permissions and visibility choices.
Sports team and voice features
Iconic Sports may process team, referral, and participant information for program administration. Teams do not receive unrestricted access to private athlete photos merely because an order supports them. If you choose Coach Dan, ElevenLabs and its AI model providers process messages and microphone audio to deliver the conversation. Decline microphone permission or end the call to stop active voice use. Do not send sensitive information. Review Sports' notice and feature permissions for public profiles and partner programs. These are not features of every brand.
Children and parent-managed use
Accounts, uploads, and purchases are intended to be managed by adults with authority to provide information. Parents or authorized guardians should manage submissions containing a child's photos or information. Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit information directly. Parent-provided information is used for the requested portrait and related services. Parents or guardians can contact us about access, correction, deletion, or an unauthorized submission involving their child. If we learn of a direct submission by a child without required authorization, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on information category and purpose. Uploads, previews, and artwork are retained as needed for the requested service, saved-work access, fulfillment, and support. Account and order records may be needed to maintain accounts, document transactions, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Marketing preferences administer consent and opt-outs; security records investigate and prevent misuse. These criteria apply rather than one fixed period for every category. You may request deletion. Legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs can limit immediate deletion; backup or provider copies may follow their applicable retention processes.
Your rights and requests
Contact the relevant brand support email below for access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of information about you or information you are authorized to manage. Depending on location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, use an authorized agent, appeal a request decision, or complain to your data protection regulator. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or authority. We will explain a refusal or applicable exception and any available appeal route. Exercising applicable rights will not result in unlawful discrimination. Do not send full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive identity documents.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information outside your country, where protections can differ. Where applicable law requires a lawful transfer mechanism or other safeguards, those requirements apply. Contact us for relevant processing locations and safeguards. This policy does not promise a particular data-residency location or security certification.
