Operator and scope

This shared Shopify checkout is operated by Everything Iconic, LLC, a California limited liability company, at 21143 Hawthorne Blvd #135, Torrance, CA 90503, United States, for purchases originating from Iconic Paw, Iconic Portraits, Iconic Kids, and Iconic Sports. The checkout domain is https://checkout.iconicportraits.co and may display Iconic Paw. These Terms govern use of the shared checkout and the described portrait and order services. Read product-specific and program terms before use.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be an adult able to enter a contract and have authority to submit the photos and information you provide. A parent or authorized guardian must manage submissions containing a child's information. Keep account information accurate and sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

Submitted photos and material

You retain your rights in source material. You confirm you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use photos, names, logos, text, and other material, including permissions relating to people shown and parent or guardian authority where required. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, sexually explicit, or malicious material, intimate images of children, or unnecessary sensitive identifying details. We may request replacement material or decline a submission that cannot appropriately be processed.

Permission to create artwork

You give Everything Iconic and providers helping deliver the service a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, copy, process, adapt, and transform submitted material to create and review previews and artwork, save selected work, fulfill products, provide support, keep necessary records, and protect the service. This permission lasts as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or as required by law. It does not transfer ownership of your source photos. A private portrait upload does not itself authorize public advertising use; separate permission is required.

Previews and creative results

A free preview does not require a purchase. Review selected artwork and check likeness, spelling, subject details, crop, size, finish, and delivery details before ordering. AI-assisted results can contain unexpected details. Screens, print materials, crops, and production processes can produce differences between previews and finished products. Review approval or revision instructions shown with your order. Revision availability and additional fees must be disclosed before you agree to a paid service. Artistic variation does not remove rights concerning defective or materially misdescribed products.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Products, options, prices, currency, taxes, shipping charges, and payment terms are presented before purchase. Shopify and payment providers process payments under their applicable terms. We may decline or cancel an order for failed payment, suspected fraud, prohibited material, or inability to supply, subject to applicable law and appropriate refund handling. Correcting an error does not authorize an additional charge without your agreement.

Custom goods and included digital files

Physical portraits use the selected artwork and product options. A digital file or download is included only if the purchased product expressly includes it; availability, specifications, and delivery details are those shown with the product or order. Credits, gift cards, or additional services are governed by their disclosed purchase terms. Nothing here removes statutory rights or replaces separate acknowledgments or consent required for immediate digital delivery or a withdrawal exception.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Review the Shipping and Returns policies linked below for your originating brand, together with information at checkout. They explain applicable delivery, change, cancellation, damage, and return procedures. Personalized products may enter production soon after purchase. These Terms do not create a different cancellation window or damage-reporting deadline and do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Use the relevant brand support email for order assistance.

Using finished artwork

Once your purchase is paid and fulfilled, you may display and share finished artwork for personal, noncommercial purposes, subject to rights in included photos, logos, or other material. An included digital download may be used for personal display and personal prints, subject to any product-specific license disclosed before purchase. Commercial reproduction or resale requires written permission. Buying a portrait does not transfer ownership of our website, templates, brand elements, or software. Source-photo rights remain with their owners. We do not promise exclusive copyright in every AI-generated element or that similar creative results cannot be produced for others.

Reviews, public content, and programs

Do not publish another person's private information or images without authority. Content specifically submitted for public display is subject to the permissions and visibility terms presented with that feature. Private portrait uploads are covered by the limited processing permission above, rather than an unrestricted public-content license. Sports team fundraising, ambassador, and influencer programs may require separate enrollment terms. Eligibility, attribution, and payouts follow applicable program rules and verified records; a referral link alone does not guarantee payment. Public athlete participation requires the relevant authority and parent or guardian permissions. Do not promise donations, commissions, discounts, or delivery arrangements on our behalf without authorization.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, impersonate people, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or create unlawful or rights-infringing content. We may restrict access, remove content, or decline an order when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, security, or the service, subject to applicable law.

Privacy and marketing

Review this checkout's Privacy Policy and the policy on the brand where you browse or create a portrait. Accepting Terms, uploading a photo, or placing an order does not itself consent to optional tracking, marketing email, marketing texts, or public advertising use of a private portrait. Channel-specific marketing terms apply where offered.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep services accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every preview will suit every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use. Any exclusion applies only where lawful and does not affect mandatory consumer guarantees, rights concerning defective or misdescribed products, fraud, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law, changes, and disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other laws that cannot be excluded in your location. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Updated Terms apply from their effective date and do not retroactively replace terms accepted for existing orders unless required by law or agreed by the parties. Additional notice will be provided where required.
